- XS 10 x 12cm (36g) - recommended for mini-sized breeds such as chihuahuas, miniature dachshunds and yorkshire terriers
- S 11 x 14cm (42g) - recommended for small-sized breeds such as pomeranians, standard dachshunds, schnauzers and poodles
- M 12 x 18cm (51g) - recommended for medium-sized breeds such as corgis and shibas
- L 15 x 23cm (75g) - recommended for large-sized breeds such as huskies, golden retrieversand standard poodles
- XL 17 x 25cm - recommended for large and fluffy breeds such as samoyed, chow chow and bernese mountain dog

We do not repair or take return / refund for all products except for initial defects such as hardware malfunctioning; accessories not made to the requested size; or wrong items sent. We do not accept return / refund if the size you provided is incorrect. Message us with photos if you are unsure of the sizing before you place your order. Please note that a small deviation may occur on all handmade items.
Please contact us within 2 days upon the receipt of your items if you find any problems. Please also make sure that the items are unworn and unused.
Lead-time and Delivery
As this product is made-to-order, please expect approximately 2-4 weeks for the production and delivery of this product.
Please note: We do not provide partial deliveries unless your order total is eligible for two deliveries (e.g. over $1200). If your order contains a custom/preorder product as well as some treats, the entire order (including the treats) will be delivered in approximately 2-4 weeks.
Returns
Unless defective, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for this product as it is a made-to-order product.
