Delivery and Returns

Delivery 

Please expect 2-7 working days for your order to arrive (unless your order contains made-to-order products). Made-to-order products will require an average of 3-4 weeks to arrive.

PLEASE NOTE: If your order contains temperature sensitive products, ALL items in your order will be delivered using temperature-controlled delivery.

E.g. if your order includes items that needs to be frozen, all items of your order will be delivered frozen. If you wish to arrange for items to be delivered separately, please contact us here after you place your order to settle any additional delivery fees. 

* Temperature-sensitive products: Furry Green products, freeze-dried treats, dehydrated treats, cakes/pastries, bone broths.

Free Delivery

Free delivery is offered for orders HKD600 or above. For orders under HKD600, there will be a flat delivery rate of HKD45. 

International Shipping

We may offer international delivery depending on your order contents and delivery country. All non-food items are eligible for international shipping. If you are interested in purchasing our treats to be shipped outside of Hong Kong, please confirm with the custom regulations of your country prior to ordering as food items may not be allowed into certain countries. Delivery fee will depend on the shipping location. Please reach out to us here if you would like to place an international order!

 

In-store pick up

In-store pick up is free for all orders of any amount. Please wait until you receive a notification that your order is ready for pick up. For store locations, please click here. 

 

Returns

Not happy with your order? We accept returns and refunds of unused and unworn products within 7 days after delivery. Please send us a message here if you would like to arrange for a return. 

PLEASE NOTE: Temperature-sensitive products as well as custom-made orders (collars, harnesses, leashes, personalized tags, accessories, pet pods) are not eligible for returns unless we made a mistake with the order.
