When measuring your furbaby's neck, place soft measuring tape around neck and leave space where you can fit two fingers comfortably.
Width
- 1.5cm - Suggested for cats
- 2cm - Suggested for dogs weighing below 13kg
- 2.5cm - Suggested for dogs weighing 13kg or above
Size
1.5cm wide collar (one size) - 19-28cm
2cm / 2.5cm wide collar
- Petite - 24-35cm
- Standard - 27-40cm
- Large - 32-45cm
- XL - 37-55cm
For the best fit, pick the size where your dog's neck measurement falls towards the middle of the range. E.g. a dog with 38cm neck would do best with a size Large.
Recommend handwash with cold water and mild detergent for items to last longer. Iron flat with low settings.
All items offered are made to order. We do not offer repair or remake services. Please understand that dog accessories are consumables. We do not repair or take return / refund for all products except for initial defects such as hardware malfunctioning; accessories not made to the requested size; or wrong items sent. We do not accept return / refund if the size you provided is incorrect. Message us with photos if you are unsure of the sizing before you place your order. Please note that a small deviation may occur on all handmade items.
Please contact us within 2 days upon the receipt of your items if you find any problems. Please also make sure that the items are unworn and unused.
Lead-time and Delivery
As this product is made-to-order, please expect approximately 2-4 weeks for the production and delivery of this product.
Please note: We do not provide partial deliveries unless your order total is eligible for two deliveries (e.g. over $1200). If your order contains a custom/preorder product as well as some treats, the entire order (including the treats) will be delivered in approximately 2-4 weeks.
Returns
Unless defective, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for this product as it is a made-to-order product.
