BOWTIE SIZE

  • Petite - 7x5 cm (fit cats and small dogs)
  • Standard - 9x7 cm (fit medium sized dogs)
  • Large - 11x9 cm (fit most large dogs)
  • XL - 14x11 cm (fit giant breed or fluffy large dogs)

*We suggest to order a size up for fluffy furbaby!


    Bowties come with 2 attachment options:

    Velcro Strips - 2 velcro strips to wraps around your collar and attach to itself. Easily fit collars 2cm or above. It can be cut if it is a little too long. Recommended for MOST COLLARS, martingale collars or harness straps.

    Elastic Loops - 2 elastic loops bands on the back designed to slip onto collars. Easily fit collars up to 2cm. Recommended for thinner collars and flea collars.

    If your bow get a little dirty, spot cleaning with damp cloth is good enough, air dry and shape it with hand for that perfect bowtie shape.

    All items offered are made to order. We do not offer repair or remake services. Please understand that dog accessories are consumables. We do not repair or take return / refund for all products except for initial defects such as hardware malfunctioning; accessories not made to the requested size; or wrong items sent. We do not accept return / refund if the size you provided is incorrect. Message us with photos if you are unsure of the sizing before you place your order. Please note that a small deviation may occur on all handmade items.

    Please contact us within 2 days upon the receipt of your items if you find any problems. Please also make sure that the items are unworn and unused.

    Lead-time and Delivery

    As this product is made-to-order, please expect 2-4 weeks for the production and delivery of this product.

    Please note: We do not provide partial deliveries. E.g. if your order contains a custom/preorder product as well as some treats, the entire order (including the treats) will be delivered in approximately 2-4 weeks.

    Returns

    Unless defective, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for this product as it is a made-to-order product.
